Eat fruits and Veggies
Keep away from fast foods and fried greasy food
also keep away from sweets, and don't eat red meat !
If you eat chicken or fish make sure it is steamed not fried!
You should also eat about 3-4 very very small portions of food per day
And also try to do exercise for 1-2 hours a day that will help you burn fast
If you are a child or young teen it will be easier to lose the weight because your body is still growing and can get used to losing weight and also because you have more metabolism . And you will also lose weight faster if you are a child or young teen.
For adults it might harder to lose weight for your metabolism as adults are low
Also weigh yourself and keep track you should try to lose 20 pounds per month

For a child try not to work so hard on yourself it can be unhealthy as for a child you will probally be able to lose 20 pounds in the mid 3 weeks.
Once you reach your goal try not to gain it back
I am also going to lose weight im 11 and i know i am 168 pounds i know its alot for a young age and my goal is to get up to at least 108lbs
