How do you lose at least 10 pounds in 10 days? |
Answer
I know that's not healthy and I'm not sure that it is possible. If you needed to lose 10 lbs., you should've started way before now. I wouldn't try it, but if you do I definitely wouldn't get my hopes up because the weight won't stay off.
Answer
Losing 10 pounds in 10 days is very dangerous and it's not good for your health. If you do intense training and go to the gym every day and don't eat any fats, sweets or carbohydrates, I'm sure you could do it -- but I don't recommend that you do it this way.
Answer
My advice -- and I'm no expert -- is not to eat anything that is "bad" for you. Drink lots of water. Eat mainly fruit and vegetables, preferably raw. Stay off red meat. Cut down on the amount of food that you usually have on your plate. Exercise in any way that you can. Do not kill yourself, though -- 10 lbs in 10 days is quite a lot. So do not stop eating.
I have heard it said that if you fast for a day once in a while it is good for the system. Just drink fluids; plenty of water with a dash of lemon detoxes your body. Pure fruit juices. No tea or coffee. Your body will try to protect itself, so if it thinks it is starving you will not lose the amount you want. This is a natural response for your body to take, so don't be surprised if you don't lose it. You should, however, lose a reasonable amount.
Give it a try, but if you are still unsure see a doctor. You might get told, though, that 10 lbs is too much to lose in such a short space of time. I believe 2-3 lbs a week is the average you should lose.
