I have been working hard at losing my fat on my midsection with minimal results (I have actually gained 15 lbs in the work I've done...). I'm somewhat of a gym rat and I'm pretty knowledgeable about what exercises are effective to which part of the body so I tried sit-ups, planks, oblique planks, crunches, 6 inches', hanging sit-ups, yet nothing is giving me results I desire. I feel my core getting stronger and stronger, but no fat is being visibly shed. I not only want to lose the fat for my girlfriend, but for myself as well. I think it would be nice to be able to fully appreciate my body as well as my strength for once. I've been going at this for almost nearly a year now and I'm still determined to get the look I want, I'm just a little stuck. Any professional help would be greatly appreciated and any success stories are certainly welcome. Thanks.
