There's no superfast way to lose weight without hurting yourself. As big of a hurry it is to get thin, do it the right way. Dedicate yourself to a strict, healthy diet, perhaps 1200-1500 calories and incorporate an exercise routine. Even walking the city with a friend is a great way to get in shape.
