Losing weight in a short period of time, is never permanant. Here's a diet plan though

For Breakfast eat whole grain/ whole wheat items. Pancakes are acceptable.

For lunch make sure to eat fruit.

For dinner, eat vegetables and boiled foods. Make sure to eat dinner early.

For a snack eat an apple. Don't eat too much fruit, it can make you bloated.

Unfortunately, you probably aren't going to lose that much weight in 4 hours. Most of it will be water weight. What you would want to do, would be cardio as it stimulates most of your body and would give you the best chances of seeing something of a difference.

its is impossible and unhealthy to lose that much in such a short time. but if u try a HEALTH weight loss plan you could lose alot in a longer time period (ex. weight watchers) and you should get a good work out plan. also remember weight doesnt matter all that much in the long run. be happy with yourself and others will follow suit.
