Losing weight in a short period of time, is never permanant. Here's a diet plan though
For Breakfast eat whole grain/ whole wheat items. Pancakes are acceptable.
For lunch make sure to eat fruit.
For dinner, eat vegetables and boiled foods. Make sure to eat dinner early.
For a snack eat an apple. Don't eat too much fruit, it can make you bloated.
Unfortunately, you probably aren't going to lose that much weight in 4 hours. Most of it will be water weight. What you would want to do, would be cardio as it stimulates most of your body and would give you the best chances of seeing something of a difference.
Losing weight within 24 hours is generally unhealthy. Try to track your results with a week. Remember, you don't just lose weight over night. Try to maintain a healthy balance of exercise and nutrition.
