^^^^ This is NOT a good idea!!!! I have a similar issue where I have no time to take breaks and I work right through lunch and dinner. But not eating makes your blood sugar levels go crazy and tells your body to store everything it can when you do eat.
A better option is to eat a nutrient packed granola bar or drink. You should definitely have something to drink at work! As long as you can get some sort of food into your body every 3-4 hours you will be much better off and your body will be much more willing to lose weight!
