It has something to do with the gravitational pull on the Earth. I was able to do it today. From what I heard you won't be able to do it after tomorrow. At least not for a while.
Get a long peice of round wood, bamboo sticks are ideal. Collect some thin twigs (quite alot if you want the broom to look good) Use a rubber band, some wire or some twine to bind together the twigs...
