Answer:
In Runescape, you have to mine gold ores, then smelt it in a furnace. After that, you bring moulds (or molds), use the gold bar on the furnace and choose what you want to make. If you want one that has a gem (sapphire, emerald, ruby and diamond), bring the gem along after smithing the gold bar. Use the gold bar on the furnace and choose the ones you want. To save time, right click the choice you want to make and press "make x sapphire rings (example)" and type the number you want to make.
