Rinse a few metal spoons with cold water and place them in the freezer. After about ten minutes or so when they are frozen take one out and press it on your hickey. When your finished with that one put it in the freezer and take out another. If its been there for a while heat can help circulate the blood, so can rubbing a tooth brush or comb on it.

∙ 10y agoHickeys can not be removed. Hickeys are basically a bruise that has caused damage to the tissues and the mark will fade as the tissues heal. Arnica cream may help speed the healing but it will still take time.
