How do you make a horse stand still when they have a cart or cutter attached to them?

Stand Still Horse

You train it to stand still. When it does stand still, you reward it. If it does not, you keep trying untill it does and then reward it. You might use a signal, like stop, when you want it to stand still. It will aventully learn not to move when you say stop.
