I agree with the above user, however if you ARE wanting a look-up pre-made. (Already made for you), you will probably need to know css and html. Other pre-made creators don't get it exactly the way you want it, and if it takes long enough the the maker to get it right, you make get angry. That could lead to getting frozen. I would not suggest contacting flying4you if you want a very big, flashy, or complex pre-made layout. I suggest contacting a user such as geegs or a neopets domain website such as sunnyneo.
