By pouring your solution into a vessel containing the water you wish to dilute it with.

By adding more solute to a fixed amount of solvent.

you can increase the temperature, also if you want to increase the chemical reaction in a solution, you can add an isotope, like iodine to you're solution.

Add more water to it.
