How do you make an biodegradable paper?

Answer:
paper is made from, in general , wood pulp and binders. More expesive papers might have linen or silk or other components but to be biodegradable the binders, inks and any other components would need to redly breakdown in open enviornmental exposure, so petro based binders may not qualify and coatings that are plastic in nature would slow down the breakdown process. Basicly, wood pulp and organic binders and components.
