It is really simple.
The first thing you have to do is to sign up for a Paypal account, using an active email account. This will be your "Paypal address".
Then, you must link a bank account or credit card account to your Paypal account so you can fund it.
After you have done that, you must to ask your recipient to provide you with his/her Paypal address.
Click on the "Send Money" button within your account overview and enter the recipient's Paypal address, the amount you want to transfer and the reason for the payment (you will be presented with three options).
Press continue, review your information and click on the "Send Money" button and that is it!
