You can start to eat your foods with garlic which boosts you t-cell growth and while you are in the process of healing try your best to consume protein daily.Try your best to get rid of your high carbohydrate intake also as this interrupts the protein consumption. i used to get shin splints about a year ago and found out that all i needed was my immune system to be boosted and my protein intake to be of greater amount. Or, I know this sounds weird, but rub it. It might sting but the bruise itself is blood that didn't break out of the skin so it makes a showing. If you rub it, the blood will go away and spread out more so it won't be in a clump and seeable. Just do that and it should go away

∙ 13y agoUse ice on the bruise as soon as you get it to reduce inflammation. I have heard that creams with arnica in them help the bruise heal.
