I don't think there is a particular style for this. The coffee made in Singapore will taste different from one shop to another depending upon the source of the coffee powder mostly. The method of brewing coffee is the same as what is done in Malaysia and some other Asian countries. Generally the coffee in Singapore and Malaysia taste about the same.
