Try to be smart and dont act like other fools around you.To see wether she wants to be your friend ,go in a close distance ,and if she stays then you may go ahaid with your friendship offfer if she moves away then think something is wrong with you.AND when you go for the first conversation ,always be in your senses and start it by saying "Hello!{confidently ,not like he-he-he lllo}My name is {what ever it is }."will you want ahh ,i mean ,BE MY FRIEND??? .Say in this manner ,believe me she won't say no well she can't say no if you dont act dumb.This is what i did ,i'm twelve.7 years old and it worked.(THIS IS APPLICABLE FOR ALL AGES)
