You can make different scenes using the scene maker here: http://willhostforfood.com/files/4113692/ppptemp3.swf and 'printing screen'. Import them into Windows Movie Maker and fit them to the timeline. Make sure you export it as an .wma file. It's really uup to your creativity.

If you search up 'Potter Puppet Pals tutorial' on Youtube, there are actually tons of tutorials telling you how to make one.
