There are a number of products you can use to make a foot scrub. Ground oatmeal, salt and sugar to name a few. The purpose in a scrub is to exfoliate or remove dead skin. Addition of peppermint helps to refresh and eliminate foot odor.
Mix 1/4 cup dead sea salt and 1/4 cup Epsom salt into 1 gallon of water warmed to tolerably hot. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint essential oil and soak feet for 15 to 20 minutes.
Make sure you dry your feet thoroughly after soak. You can also use a pumice stone at this time to gently remove calluses.

Use the scrub in the shower, rinse well, and pat dry. Pay special attention to dry, cracked heels. The sugar will scrub away dead skin cells and the oil will clean and moisturize!
