You can't make people like you more and you have nothing to gauge who likes you or who doesn't. None of us can win everyone over and some are going to like us while others don't. Humans are a fickle lot and some people are simply jealous of others, may feel the other person is prettier, more handsome, etc. Sometimes there is no rhyme or reason why one person doesn't like another.
ALWAYS be yourself and as you start getting older you get wiser as the years go by and far more confident. You are in a learning curve right now, so don't beat yourself up over it. Choose your friends wisely and those that have some interests such as your own. Don't try to fit in with those that are the 'in crowd' and put pressure on yourself. Get out, choose friends that fit your personality and have fun!
