Use the Wrap Text command in Format, Cells dialog. If you want to break the text in a specific place, put your cursor at that point and press Alt+Enter.

You can press Alt-Enter when typing, to create a new line in a cell. You can also use the Wrap Text option in the Alignment settings when formatting a cell.

Alt-ENTER will add another line within a cell. Type what you want on the first line, then press Alt-ENTER and continue typing what you would like to see on the next line.
