If your 9 and under you beg and beg and beg. If that doesn't work you don't talk about what you want to make your mom say yes to and over that hour you be nice to her and don't make her mad about anything and don't let anything else make her mad and then when the hours done you ask her if you're going to go somewhere soon and she will probably say yes and when your at a mall or something like that you will ask her at the mall or something and she will probably buy it.

If your 10 and up just to a lot of chores then ask her.
