take the baffles out drill the rivet out if mfg. with or take the

usually a thunderclap.
Change your exhaust pipes.
Depends on the dealer. My dealer wouldn't care, but other Harley Dealers might. But to answer your question yes it probably would void your warranty. Also remember if you do a stage one or even a big bore kit that also voids it too. Actually if the stage one kit or big bore kit the warranty stay intact AS LONG AS a harley dealer service department installs it, any factory accessory keeps warranty intact
what kind of a question is that?
Your ears will find out that the closer you are to the motorcycle the louder the noise will be. We measure the sound pressure by a SPL meter.
The most common way that people make their Harley exhaust louder is to knock a hole in the exhaust baffles. To do this insert an iron bar into the exhaust pipe and then hit it several times with a large hammer.
I have the same ticking noise and it seems to be louder on hotter days. I was told by the service tech it's due to the synthetic oil being thinner. I have my doubts, but that's what they said. Still researching for the answer myself.
You can start by removing the exhaust baffles. If that doesn't suit you, you can buy custom exhaust or slip ons.
all motorbikes are different so i guess some motorbikes could be quieter?
put a bigger cannon on. tho if you go too big you'll loose power
Yes it will be noisier - the noise will wake the dead and you'll get arrested real quick.
Change the pipes for Screamin' Eagle slash cuts. To stop backfiring you will need to fit venturies in the headers and then get the bike Dynoed for optimum performance.
