How do you malt corn?

Answer:
Take the corn and soak it in a bucket with a lid. Drain it after day one. Soak it again for another day. I use a wooden wine bottle box(shipped wine) got it from a liquer warehouse. drill a bunch of 1/4 inch holes in the bottom, it needs to drain. set it on a couple of bricks to keep it off the ground. put a lid on it it need to stay dark. water it 3-4 times a day. I use a little battery operated vigero timer i bought for 20 bucks from homedepot. turn it a couple of times a day. when the sprouts are about 1.5 to 2 inches then you can use it. Just a note. I malt my own for making fuel and use it to malt all kinds of feedstocks. Since I'm not drinking any of it if my corn starts to mold or get funky i use it any. Also I never dry my malted corn for fuel use i just chuck the whole mess into a garabe disposal mounted above the cooker and destory it roots and all.
