I wrote a business plan several years ago for a small farm operating in North Carolina. He decided the best way to market his produce would be though a farmer's co-op, where the resources of smaller farms are pulled together in an effort to generate sustainable profits for co-op members by leveraging combined buying power and providing greater market access. You might also consider contacting local grocers and farmer's markets.
