Measure the distance around underneath the boobs -> this is the bra size
Measure the distance around with the boobs -> this is your cup size
There's some trick with adding or subtracting 5 inches to the bra size that gets it proper. I also don't know what numbers correspond to what cup size.
If you go to any place that sells bras, there's someone there who can help you find the right size.
