Answer:
It depends on where you are in your teenage years. Usually, it is best to not take the risk in any way of asking people out. Just wait a few more years and you'll be into free adulthood. Or just go to a gay match maker website, if you are old enough to join, and check out all those who are like you and see if they have anything in common.
Some places have gay social and welfare groups. They might have a Young Gays group. Check the phone book or internet for any support nearby.

Remember when you meet up with someone on the internet there are many dangers. You really don't know anything about them. Someone who says they are a 14-year-old girl or boy could in fact be a 65-year-old man or woman. This has been known to happen frequently. There are predators on all websites just waiting for the chance. Take care and never go on a first date without a friend just in case. Don't be fooled into any excuses they give that will leave you on your own in the meet-up.

Most city's have gay youth projects where you can meet like minded people in a safe environment. Contact your local government office or council. Most have websites that will give you the information so you don't need to talk to anyone. Again the standard warning stay safe on line and don't send pictures of yourself or meet anyone in person. Facebook, the GYC and the other social networking site are fun but be weary.

Before you log into any Teen websites always read up on it's Terms Of Use and who is allowed to join. You may think you are talking to someone your own age but it could be an adult or pedophile. You should be able to find a link to report any inappropriate behaviour onsite, if there is not a report link then it may not be a safe site.

If you are talking about young as in underage, its not easy to meet another man, except that there are organizations for gay young people all over. One good organization is PFLAG, you can search online to see if your community has a local chapter. They sponsor a youth organization which I believe is called Youthquest, but that may be a local Ohio name, so check out their national webpage.
gay clubs, parties, go to downelink and more than likely you will find a lot of people in your area that you didn't know were gay.
