Grab all your neccasary ingredients, blend your liquids, oil and eggs.Dump in your dry cake mix and blend it up!These things make your job much faster. :)
Without eggs, the cake will be dry and will not hold together very well, as eggs add moisture and act like a binding agent to keep the cake together during and after baking.
Obviously this would affect the taste depending on the recipe. But as far as consistency and how the recipe would turn out, you should be able to substitute any flavor of cake mix with no problem.
