the difference in income is used. see my profile
Both parents should, otherwise it's bias.
No, it stays in the state of the obligor parent, as it should.
Yes, you are paying child support because it is yourduty/obligation to provide for support your of child. You seem to be wanting to shift your responsibility for supporting your child onto your daughters boyfriend and this is not possible as, until your daughter is an adult, responsibility for her remains with you and the custodial parent.
The child's moving out of the country would not, in itself, relieve the absent parent of his support obligation.
What or why? Child support calculation formulas vary by state, but it is possible that you may have to pay child support to the other parent if your income is significantly higher than theirs. Other factors may be taken into consideration as well. Consult an attorney in your state for more detailed information.
Generally, no. But you will need to get the order terminated.
Not sure what you mean by "the number of 91 over night stays." However, overnight stays ordinarily do not affect one's support obligation.
In the State of Utah if the child stays with the non-custodial parent for 24 consecutive days and nights the father is only required to pay 50% of the child support amount for that month. If the child spends one night at the custodial parent home during the 24 day period it is not considered consecutive and the non-custodial parent will be required to pay the full 100% of child support ordered. Check with you states Office of Recovery Services or Child Support Enforment Agency they should have information on there website that may help you.
Child support law assumes that one or both parents are absent.
Only if the order for support says they do. In California it does by law. see links
No. If the court has taken custody of the child, the parent no longer has parental rights and cannot make decisions about the child's care or living conditions, at least until the court take actions to restore custody to the parent.
Child support is paid until the children are 18.
