Straight after birth by wearing a corset or stretch tights. Using an exfoliant, massage it in a circular motion in shower twice daily then followed by vitamin E cream or aromatherapy oils twice daily, followed by exercise or favourite sport activity/rest/time out on stress. Drink 2 litres of water daily.
Coco butter lotion and exercise that targets the abdomen. It wont burn the excess skin/fat of the stomach specifically, but it will tighten the muscles underneath giving your skin a better chance of looking nice.
If you have had that tummy flab for a few (or many) years from having a baby, you might try cutting carbs (no more than 27grams per meal), and doing three different types of tummy exercises. Crunches, twists, and side stretches target from three different directions. I found that it has reduced a major amount of 'baby' tummy flab (four sizes smaller hips and waist in 4 months), and I'm not done yet. Keep working at it, don't give up.
