How do you naturally get rid of tummy flab that is the result of stretched skin after having a baby?

Answer:
Straight after birth by wearing a corset or stretch tights. Using an exfoliant, massage it in a circular motion in shower twice daily then followed by vitamin E cream or aromatherapy oils twice daily, followed by exercise or favourite sport activity/rest/time out on stress. Drink 2 litres of water daily.

Answer

Coco butter lotion and exercise that targets the abdomen. It wont burn the excess skin/fat of the stomach specifically, but it will tighten the muscles underneath giving your skin a better chance of looking nice.

If you have had that tummy flab for a few (or many) years from having a baby, you might try cutting carbs (no more than 27grams per meal), and doing three different types of tummy exercises. Crunches, twists, and side stretches target from three different directions. I found that it has reduced a major amount of 'baby' tummy flab (four sizes smaller hips and waist in 4 months), and I'm not done yet. Keep working at it, don't give up.

Answer

My mom used cocao butter and vitamin-e oil, and it seems to have worked pretty well

Many post-partum moms neglect to use spandex after giving birth that's why they have that flabs in their abdomen. Spandex will help your tummy to get back from its normal size by forcing your skin to tighten and not allowing excess fats to deposit in your tummy.
