Don't use CSR-corporation (previously WSR-Corporation), they are a scam !

If you want a real license, search for a license to offer 'debt securities'. Research your options at financial authorities, not with some shady internetscamming buro.

Be ready to pay big bucks for the license, as it mostly requires a starting capital of 100.000 (for US license), letters of recommendation etc.
