How do you open a combination lock with the combination?

You have to have a combination. If you have a key lock you don't need a combination, all it is is a lock that says master and a key to turn it and then it opens what you have in it.

I am not sure that you can, but sometimes the lock has a keyhole at the back, if you can't find the key, try contacting the lock company, they might have an extra key :) Hope that helps :)

There isn't really a way to unlock it if the combination was forgotten. You should always right down the combination the first thing you do, and hide it somewhere.

There is no "master combination" that can open any lock. There would be no use for the lock if that were the case.
