first you need to know what is jamming it-- is it swollen wood?-- is one of the guides loose and causing the drawer to veer sideways? is one of the utensils sticking upward and not allowing the drawer to open correctly? Is one of the utensils stuck within the guide-rail and not allowing for easy opening?
This situation takes something of a mechanical eyeball to spot the exact problem--- so....look under with a flashlight and try to spot the problem as you try to slide the drawer little- by- little..... to figure out if you can fix it yourself
If it is a wooden guide-on rail; you may need to know someone with some carpentry equipment such as a table saw and a router who can make a guide-on rail from a scrap piece of wood. Otherwise hire a handyman like me with the tools and know-how who has cabinetry experience.
A drawer that has been jammed is difficult to remove without damaging it even more. It's necessary to work out the thin blade of a putty knife between the drawer and runner and then gently tapping the drawer back in line. If you're succeed, the drawer slide will pop into place and you can remove the drawer and correct the problem that made it slip its track in the first place. The drawers that are overloaded-either too heavy or with contents piled too high-are often the cause, so be sure to alleviate this situation. Also it is necessary to check that the runners haven't worked loose or been forced out of alignment.
Open the drawer and there is a small screw on either side toward the front of the drawer. Remove this screw that is holding the track in place and the track comes off the drawer and the drawer comes out! Very counter intuitive, but it works.

open the drawer fully, then lift up on the end of the drawer, this will remove the front wheels from the track. pull the drawer forward and lift the rear wheels out of the track.

There are a couple of things to try. First, it is easier to try things if the drawer is empty. Look on the track for the drawer in the main cabinet. Sometimes you have to move a lever. Or, there may be a place to put the wheel on the drawer onto the track.
Most of the drawers come out by pulling them out and lifting it up off of the track at the end, and then continue to pull it out.
Take door panel off. and put window back on track.
take the door panal off and put it back on track, should be it.
Pull the drawer out until it catches (if it does). Examine the spot on the track where it has caught. Many drawers can be lifted over the obstruction. Others require that a small lever within the track be either raised or lowered to let the drawer continue to slide.
