• If it's one of those doors at a restaurant where you push or pull to get it open, you could use your body to push on the doors that say push.
• Get someone else to open the door for you.
• If it's one of those that open automatically when you walk by (usually stores have these), you won't have to do anything.

I would use my wrist if it's one where you turn a doorknob.

I'd kick it down if it is a cheap door, and locked (using a key, not a button) so you couldn't use your mouth either.

If the handle is a lever, elbows work. If the handle is round, try using your teeth. If it's a non-latching door you have to pull from your side, you might have a problem.

Apart from asking someone to help, why not simply put whatever you're carrying on the floor, open the door and hold it open while you pick up your burden again? It'll look less silly than other alternatives.
