∙ 12y agoEvaluate what is the cause, could it be that your key is overused and you require a new one? Is it possible that you have the incorrect key for the cabinet check code on key is the same as on the lock face. Also could there be anything in the lock that would stop the key from opening the device.
A simple fix would be to try using some WD40, or you could ask the guys at www.fastkeys.co.uk they might be able to help?

Depending on your locked file cabinet type, you may be able to open the locked cabinet if you tilt it enough so that there is a hole that your finger can poke through. You should then feel a metal piece, so push the metal up, and this should release the locks. However, if you do not have that type of cabinet, you may have to contact the cabinet company for an extra set of keys, or at last resort, destroy the cabinet.

You can't access the Filing Cabinet unless you have the Blueprint showing where the secret room is. Use Nate's combination to open his locker, and get the blueprint from the pile of papers. Now you can access the room below the filing cabinet.

What you need is the BLUEPRINT from Nate's locker outside in the second-floor hall. Opening the locker will reveal the blueprint, which you must have before you can access the filing cabinet.
