First lean the back of seat forward using the lever on the side of the seat, and slide the seat all the way forward using the lever on the front of the seat (between the passengers legs). Then there is a lever almost at the floor behind the seat.Looks almost like a hook with black rubber on it the points down towards the floor. Pull that up while pushing the whole seat forward.
