In the workplace you should keep written records of all bullying, with dates and times and what was said or done, together with names of those who witnessed the incident.
- You can report the matter to supervisors, employers and union representatives. Employers have to provide a safe workplace and you may be able to make your employer see that you are prepared to take the case further if he does nothing.
- You can stand up to the bully and show him that you are not intimidated.
- You can seek support from the other workers.
Or just smack him in the nose and get some respect
