suggestion: it worked for me- usually when you take a eval like this is to determine if you are dependent or abusing drugs or alchohol. when you go take the test have a clear state of mind , dress clean , be polite , always have eye contact with the person doing eval, and even though you drink or do whatever you do when doing the eval your are somebody else: in your mind you only drink in social gatherings and not very much like a six pack when im off of work. all the questions they ask written or oral are basically putting alcohol in your life so just put it out for eval purposes, trust me they want to hear that you dont drink at all but most likely you doing eval for that reason so admit you drink but you have a active productive lifestyle , dont give more information than you are asked and make them positive. if you go to eval and admit to the truth you gonna get a bad determination. hopefully this will help
