Normally? You don't. There are certain pills that one can take to completely eliminate the drug from one's system, but they can't be healthy. I've heard of anything from pills to working out to drinking water and bleach. Just stay away from drugs. That seems to be the best route.

∙ 15y agoDown here in Australia we have saliva drug testing with all booze bus'. They dont always test you but if i remember right they say between 6 and 8 hours for marijuana and up to 24 hours for amph and meth depending on metabolism for both figures.
