You need to be teleported by the guy in the lower level/dungeon of wizard's tower.
his is a runescape Christmas quest available to non member for a short amount of time ( until after Christmas ), after that it's members only.
Not sure, but I can say the puzzles are random from player to player. all I can say is sue the objects to your advantage.
Talk to the guy at the inn beside the lumbridge castle beside the general store and he can start you on your quest.
After you have retrieved the "Enchanted stones", all you need to do is speak to Explorer Jack in Lumbridge and give him the stones.
