Talk to the old guy in Viridian City (he should be close to the north end of the main path) who shows you how to catch a Weedle, then go to Cinnabar Island and surf up and down the edge of the eastern coast. Fight and kill a Pokémon called Missingno. When you win, the sixth item in your list will be multiplied, and you'll have many more of them. If it's Rare Candies you want, just put that as the sixth item in your list beforehand.
