How do you persuade our parents to let you have a Facebook?

Well, if most of your friends have facebook, tell your parents that it's so fun watching all of them argue about who's better on farmville, or whatever. Also, you can tell them that you are a very responsible person, and you won't do anything inappropriate and you are practically an adult, and you will use it responsibly, and if they see you doing anything bad (which hopefully you won't) they can take it away from you forever or something like that... if those suggestions don't work, BEG.
Ask your parents why they wont let you get it. If they think your grades wont be as good or something bargain with them, tell them if they let you get a facebook and your grades go down that you wont go on facebook until your grades come up and if you get on they can close your account. If they think its not safe, then get your friends tell you how to put safety things on there and stuff. Hoped this helped

Well I'm still trying to convince my dad, even though my mum is with me - which I think is really good since my mum just talks to my dad about it and says I should be allowed to have it.

 

Also, you could say that you should be able to have at least a week test run, and you could show your parents the test run, and if you add anyone that your parents don't know or you put too many photos on, then they can take it off.

 

My dad says he's still thinking about it. But with my mum trying to hekp me out, I'm sure I'll have it soon. Also, all of my friends (except 3 and 2 don't want it and the other will get it soon) have it and I sort of get upset cos one of them always says "Oh [my name] go on Facebook tonight! - Oh wait! Ya don't have it" and I'm like GRRRR!!!
