I am attempting to foster my nioeces and nephews but have been told i am not approved due to a breaking and enterinf which he commited when he was 18 which was in 1993. Yet they are with a family member who has been convicted of drug charges form 2000. I was also told if move to Caddo County instead of Custer County I could foster these children .How do I petition the court for these children?
