Ok, first, plan a day or night that is nice and perfect for having a party. Next, choose when to start this party, and when to end this party, depending on when that "person" is leaving and arriving back home. *Make SURE that this "person" doesn't come back under any circumstance during that time* Then, invite some of that person's friends, and family. After, tell that "person", or give that "person" a "vacation" to somewhere on that day, like the spa, the movies, or just anywhere else!! And more IMPORTANTLY, have FUN!!!! :D
