There are severnal ways that you can play DVD movies saved as .ISO files on Mac, especially on the on the newest Mac OS Snow Leopard.

Use Apple DVD Player or other third party program, such as VLC, etc.

Just open the VLC media player and drag the ISO file to the VLC menu. Double click to start playing.
