How do you play E on a recorder?

its your seventh finger or your second finger on your right hand not including your thumbs. your thumb on your left hand goes on the hole on the back, then balance the recorder on your other thumb.

Low E: Put your fingers on all first five holes and the hole at back as well.High E: Put your fingers on all first five holes and HALF the hole at back.

By blowing a certain way.

put your right finger on the b and then put your ring finger on the second to last note

put 5 fingers with the thumb on the recorder
