First you must go to the shaiya main website by aeria games, when your on home, you download shaiya, when it is completely downloaded, exit out of the shaiya website and look for a icon that says shaiya. if you do not find one you either did not download the whole thing or it is in your documents. go to all programs if you cannot find the icon, and, if you can, type in shaiya, or just look for shaiya in your documents (all programs) then once you click on shaiya (if you find it) you will know what to do from there.
