Well i have a 3 year old dog named Jasper (male). But we potty trained him at 1, The way we did it was just basicly let them do it themselves. when Jasper went inside we lightly hit him on the nose. When he went outside we praised him and gave him a small treat. after 2 weeks he rarely went inside, after 2 MORE weeks he never went inside so it took us almost a month of that and when they are potty trained youll be able to move onto fun things. Like my dog (after potty training) we taught him: sit, fetch, lay down, roll over, stay, paw, other paw, and play dead.
Get dog mats, take your dog outside frequently, and reward your dog every time it uses the dog mat.
yes you can it will take awhile though.
Let them see how it is done
Your dog needs to be potty trained. Be patient. It's a little harder to train a 7-year old dog than a 7-month old puppy.

You can train a Great Dane as early as 6 months old. The first training that a dog should undergo is the potty training.
Wait a year. Typically 15 months is too young to begn potty training.
you tell him hess out of diapers then you sit on the potty as an example then he should do it mommy does the example or else they dont do it
Your local library should have some books that show you how to do that. There are some which show you how to potty train in one day, and the amazing part is, they work... provided that you do it right.
Certainly.
No. With consistency and proper training methods, tools and rewards, a 3 year old dog is sometimes easier to train than a puppy.
