Answer
You'll need to file a complaint with the police. But be very careful, if the courts determine that you were interfering with the normal reposession of your vehicle, the whole thing could backfire on you. When you took out the note you signed a paper stating that you would not interfere and that you would assist the bank/lending institution if it became necessary for them to retrieve THEIR property. Once you defaulted on the loan, the bank appeared before a judge, asking that title be granted to the bank. At that point, the vehicle was no longer yours and any attempt to interfere with the agent of the bank will be considered to be a violation of that agreement. Before you get too worked up you might want to review the original note.
