There are special tools made for this. But a cheaper way to go is if you have a spare distributor laying around. You'll have to take off the cam gear. You may also have to grind some of the items off...
I dont know how to do it on a cavalier but if your just doing it to lubricate the cylinders you can spray white lithium or just wd40 into the cylinders where the plugs go.
